Shipping policy
Order Processing Processing times vary by product type:
- In-stock items are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
- Team & organization store items (custom and made-to-order apparel) are processed according to the timeline noted on the specific product listing or store page. Please refer to the individual item for its estimated production and ship time.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay beyond the stated timeline, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated based on your order and delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable). Please note that First Class Mail does not include tracking. Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours of shipment.
Domestic Shipping Biography Apparel ships to all addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping International shipping is available at actual carrier rates plus a handling fee.
Damaged or Lost Shipments Biography Apparel, a DBA of Carver Junk Company, LLC, is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is resolved.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Biography Apparel is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
