How It Works
Consultation
We talk through your goals — items, audience, order volume, distribution, and any branding you already have. Quick call or email, your choice.
Apparel Selection
We source from SanMar Sports, S&S Activewear, and Momentec Brands. We can handle selection start to finish, or you can browse catalogs yourself. In-store samples available.
Design
Typically 1–2 primary designs plus item-specific designs as needed. We design from scratch, replicate existing looks, or work from your direction. Printing and embroidery both available.
Launch & Fulfillment
We build and launch your store. Choose bulk print (ordering window + group pickup) or print-as-ordered (ships direct to each buyer). 10–15 business day turnaround.

Decoration options include screen printing and embroidery. If you’re using a logo, you’ll need rights to use it for production.

We offer a variety of fundraising options for non-profits and other groups. Every organization is different, so we work with each group individually to find the right fit — just mention it when you reach out.

FAQ
Is there an order minimum?
No minimums for print-as-ordered stores. For ordering window + bulk print, we recommend 12–24 pieces per design to keep unit costs reasonable — but we’ll talk through what makes sense for your group.
Can items ship directly to buyers, or does everything go to one place?
Both options are available. Print-as-ordered ships direct to each buyer. Ordering window + bulk print produces everything at once for group pickup or delivery to your location.
Do you help source items, or do we have to know what we want?
We handle sourcing. Tell us your budget, audience, and preferences — we’ll pull options and walk you through them. In-store samples available if you want to see blanks before committing.
How long does the store stay open?
Your choice: Event-specific (2–3 week window, then bulk print), Seasonal (one or two print runs per season), or Ongoing (store stays live indefinitely with print-as-ordered fulfillment — great for booster clubs and schools).
What if we already have a logo or existing designs?
Bring them. We can work from existing files, replicate a past look, or refresh something that needs updating. Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) are ideal, but we’ll work with what you have.
