General

What is a Biography Apparel Team Store?

A Biography Apparel Team Store is a custom online storefront that lets your team or organization sell branded non-uniform apparel and spiritwear to players, families, and supporters. Your supporters can browse, order, and pay online — and each purchase helps your team raise funds.

Is there a setup charge?

No — we do not charge any setup fee. In lieu of a standard setup fee, a minimum order volume is set, after which all additional sales in excess of the minimum qualify for donation.

Who can request a team store?

Any non-profit team, club, school group, athletic organization, or community organization looking to sell spiritwear and raise money. Upon approval, we’ll activate your store and send you the link to share.

Products & Customization

What kinds of products can we sell?

Your store can offer a variety of apparel including tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, long-sleeve shirts, blankets and other spiritwear items selected by your team. All items are customizable with your team logo and branding.

Can we upload our own logo?

Yes. You will provide high-resolution artwork (PNG or similar format) for your team logo and designs. If you need help preparing your artwork, we can assist with basic logo setup. Biography Apparel also offers hourly design services for more complex design needs.

Can we offer personalization (names/numbers)?

Personalization options (e.g., adding a name or number) depend on the product and will be shown during the store setup process if available.

Fundraising & Revenue

Does the team earn money from the store?

Yes — Biography Apparel donates 15% of all sales from your store to your team’s designated non-profit account on sales in excess of the minimum order volume (set based on your store size).

When and how do we receive our funds?

Fundraising revenue is calculated on all eligible sales and paid out according to the payout schedule shared when your store is set up. You’ll be asked to provide your team’s payout details. (Note: shipping, personalization, and discounts may affect the calculation of sales.)

Ordering & Shipping

Are there minimum order requirements?

No. Supporters can purchase single items at any time — there are no minimums or bulk order requirements.

Where are orders shipped?

Once a supporter places an order, the item is produced and shipped directly to the purchaser’s address or made available for in-store pickup at our Chaska location.

What carriers do you use?

Orders may ship via standard carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and item.

Can orders be returned?

Apparel with custom logos are generally printed to order and are not eligible for return unless defective.

Store Management & Promotion

How long does it take for a store to be ready?

Once all required artwork and product selections are submitted, we will create your store and send you the link. Turnaround time depends on design approval and the volume of products selected.

Can we change products or artwork after launch?

Yes. You can request changes to items or artwork; however, major edits may impact current listings and orders. Contact your Biography Apparel representative for assistance.

How do we promote the store?

You can share your store link via email, social media, team newsletters, or event flyers. Biography Apparel can also provide promotional graphics upon request.

Exclusivity During Campaign

Is our team required to sell apparel only through Biography Apparel?

Yes — during the timeframe indicated in your request (the Exclusive Period), your team agrees to host and sell non-uniform apparel exclusively through your Biography Apparel store. This includes spiritwear promoted to your group during the campaign. If you plan to offer other merchandise elsewhere during that period, you must request and receive written approval in advance, or you may select to pay a setup fee in lieu of Exclusivity.
